Spa Supervisor

Make a Difference:

The primary purpose of the Spa Supervisor is to provide guests with an excellent spa experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

The Spa Supervisor will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:

  • Schedul e , hir e, train, and manage Spa staff;
  • Maintain and inspect cleanliness and order of the Spa and locker areas ;
  • Order supplies, stock and re-stock all Spa areas and dispensaries with focus on cost control and profitability ;
  • Greet guests, escort them to the Spa, orient them to the Spa procedures ;
  • Promote spa services to guests;
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guests have an excellent spa service; and
  • Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.


Bring Your Experience:

Required Prior Experience:

Prior customer service and/or retail experience

Preferred Prior Experience:

2 years Spa experience

1 y ear s upervisory or lead experience

Preferred Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Licenses/ Certification:

Current State License

Physical:

Ability to lift, pull and push up to 30 pounds on a regular basis

Other:

F lexible to working days, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
