We are looking for a dynamic Senior HRIS Workday Analyst that will be responsible for Workday design, configuration, testing, implementation, communication, maintenance, and administration in support of our HRIS strategy.
Salary Range: 70k - 90k
The Senior HRIS Workday Analyst will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:
Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
What you need to be considered for this role:
3+ years of experience in a HRIS Analyst role utilizing Workday
Functional knowledge of Workday (HCM, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Payroll, Attendance, Time Tracking, etc)
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline or equivalent work experience
Workday Functional Certifications
3+ years of experience with the full Workday ecosystem
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management

- Collaborate effectively with internal and external resources to configure and support Workday with a focus on business processes, advanced reporting and security;
- Gather and define system requirements, provide recommendations, document changes for change control purposes, design and implement solutions, and ensure ease of use and user adoption;
- Participates in deployment of new businesses: map current processes and data, identify gaps with Workday processes, recommend changes, define requirements, configure, test and validate changes;
- Assists with bi-annual releases, including analysis of impacts of new functionality, testing of integrations and cross functional up and downstream analysis;
- Leads streamlining of existing procedures and processes by suggesting solutions based on improving data accuracy and eliminating manual processes;
- Develops and maintain metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, to support the business needs and provide data management upon request;
- Develops and drives ongoing system strategies, identifies best practices, and evaluates and recommends new technologies;
- Champions and communicates system changes and benefits;
- Guides and teaches business users on system functionality to achieve maximum value and output and enhance the user experiences;
- Acts as a liaison between Information Technology and the HR functional teams; and
Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
