Starting Hourly Pay: $10.00

Primary Purpose:

The primary purpose of the Room Service Associate is to provide guests with an excellent room service experience.

Work Performed:

The R oom Service Server will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:

  • Present s menu s , answer guest questions, and suggest food and beverage items ;
  • Take food and beverage orders , relaying them to the kitchen ;
  • S erve and deliver room service items to guests ;
  • Compute bill and accepts payment , tracking sales receipts ;
  • Report tips for tax processing ;
  • Maintain wait station by keeping area tidy , clean, disinfected and stock ed with glasses, silverware, and related supplies ;
  • S et-up, delivery and presentation ofroom service orders and VIP amenities ;
  • Coordinate amenity delivery request in connection with the kitchen department ;
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to management and
  • Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.


Required Prior Experience:

Prior customer service experience

Preferred Prior Experience:

Six (6) months of previous server, and/or cashier experience

Preferred Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Required Licenses/ Certification:

Food Safety Trainingcertifiedor become certified within first 60 days of employment.

Alcohol Awareness certifiedor become certified within first 60 days of employment

Preferred Technology:

Previous experience with Micros operating system

Physical:

A ble to lift a minimum of 50lbs occasionally

Able to lift 10lbs regularly

Able to push/pull 20lbs regularly

Able to bend and squat repeatedly

Able to walk and stand for duration of scheduled shift

Other:

F lexible to work day shifts, early mornings, evenings, n ights, weekends and holidays

Configuración, entrega y presentación de pedidos de servicio de habitaciones y servicios VIP

Coordinar la solicitud de entrega de servicios en relación con el departamento de cocina
