  • You will greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring efficient use of seating capacity.
  • We expect you to take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, provide recommendations when necessary, and enter orders into the POS system.
  • You shall deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
  • We expect you to monitor guest satisfaction during their dining experience and promptly address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • You will handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, following all established procedures and maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
  • We expect you to maintain a clean and organized work area, including polishing glassware, silverware, and other utensils.
  • You shall assist with cleaning and resetting tables after guests have finished dining, ensuring a fast turnaround for incoming diners.
  • We expect you to adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, both in the front-of-house and back-of-house areas.

  • You must have excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members in a friendly and professional manner.
  • You should be knowledgeable about the food and beverage offerings, able to make recommendations, and answer any questions accurately.
  • You must be able to multitask efficiently in order to take orders, deliver food and beverages, and process payments in a timely manner.
  • You should possess strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in order taking and attention to special requests or dietary restrictions.
  • You must be able to handle high-pressure situations calmly and prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
  • You should have a positive attitude and be proactive in resolving any guest complaints or concerns promptly and satisfactorily.
  • You must maintain a clean and presentable appearance by adhering to the grooming standards set by the hotel.
  • You should be a team player, collaborating with other staff members to provide exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
