Responsibilities:
Equipment and Area Maintenance:
- Diligently clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, food storage areas, walk-in fridges, freezers, ovens, and dry storage cupboards.
- Ensure proper cleaning, sanitization, and storage of dishes, glasses, utensils, and other kitchen equipment in designated areas.
- Adhere to prescribed standards for hand-washing pots, pans, and trays.
- Oversee the management of trash and garbage, including sorting and maintaining clean trash cans and the loading dock area.
- Efficiently transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Perform regular sanitization/disinfection of kitchen and food and beverage work areas, including flooring, storerooms, prep areas, buffets, dining tables, and equipment.
Event Support:
- Provide assistance with food dish-up, set-up sheets, and setup and breakdown for various events.
Adaptability:
- Be ready to undertake any additional tasks necessary to fulfill the primary purpose of the position.
Qualifications:
