In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms and public areas.

You will supervise and motivate a team of housekeepers, setting high standards for cleanliness and providing guidance and support when needed.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with the Housekeeping Manager and other department heads to ensure efficient operations and maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction.

You will have the opportunity to grow and develop your leadership skills through ongoing training and mentorship programs.

Your main responsibilities will include overseeing the daily cleaning schedule, inspecting rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our quality standards, and managing inventory and supplies.

  • You will supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • We expect you to train new housekeeping staff members on cleaning procedures, including proper use of equipment and chemicals.
  • You shall inspect guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to established standards.
  • You will maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate with the purchasing department to order supplies as needed.
  • We expect you to create work schedules for housekeeping staff, taking into consideration occupancy levels and special requests from guests.
  • You shall conduct regular performance evaluations of housekeeping staff and provide feedback for improvement.
  • You will handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution, escalating issues to management if necessary.
  • We expect you to collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

  • You should have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with housekeeping staff, guests, and other hotel departments.
  • As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you must be able to lead and motivate a team of housekeepers to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • You should possess strong organizational skills to efficiently manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
  • We expect you to have a keen eye for detail in order to identify areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance attention.
  • Flexibility is crucial as you will need to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in training and coaching housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service standards is necessary.
  • You must demonstrate problem-solving abilities to address any issues or complaints promptly and find effective solutions.
