Your role as a Front Desk Associate will encompass much more than just checking in and out. It's about weaving a narrative of exceptional service, impeccable attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality that leaves our guests eagerly planning their return.

The basics:
  • Warmly welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Provide personalized recommendations and information about our hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Collaborate seamlessly with other hotel departments to ensure a flawless guest experience
  • Professionally and effectively handle guest questions, requests, complaints, and concerns.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions and process guest accounts
  • Arrange for sending and receiving of packages

What you bring:
  • You have excellent communication skills with an outgoing and engaging personality
  • You're a master of hospitality and have extensive experience in customer service and satisfaction and in-person interactions with guests/customers
  • Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You are flexible with respect to working days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. (overnight is not required)
  • You understand that your role is at the center of attention for all hotel guests and that means you are able to stand for the duration of the shift

Even better:
  • You have Marriott or other brand/hospitality experience
  • Working with Property Management Systems is your specialty
