Equipment Operator

Primary Purpose:
The primary purpose of the Equipment Operator is to ensure the golf course and surrounding areas are well maintained according to company standards.

Work Performed:

The Equipment Operator will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:
  • Operate golf course maintenance equipment to include:
  • Rotary Mowers, string trimmers, and backpack blowers
  • Self-propelled walking green and tee blowers
  • Riding triplex mower on collars, approaches, fairways and intermediate rough
  • Green Rollers
  • Rake bunkers
  • Prepare areas for seed and sod; and
  • Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.


Qualifications:

Preferred Prior Experience:

Previous Golf Maintenance or Landscaping Experience

Experience with hand tools, mowers, and other small engine equipment

Preferred Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Other:

Must be flexible to work days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
