Hilton Enterprise Group Rooms Coordinator

Full time

The primary purpose of the Enterprise Group Rooms Coordinator is to function as a remote Group Rooms Coordinator for a designated portfolio of 3-7 hotels administering the operational and system processes for coordinating group arrival and departure.

Starting Rate: $19.50 an hour

The Enterprise Group Rooms Coordinator will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:

  • Group Management including creating, changing, and cancelling blocks in all systems;
  • Manage inventory to an existing group block based on the pickup activity and needs of the hotel;
  • Enter Rooming Lists ( All brands by Hilton , this task needs to be completed on property) and building Group Booking Links;
  • Audit groups in the Sales and PMS systems within 90 days to ensure they are in balance;
  • Updat e forecast line in sales system with pickup numbers for forecasting purposes; and
  • A ny and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
  • BT SRP Management including creating and updating SRPs with year to year contracted details; and

Equipment: Laptop, Computer Screens, Phone (Stipend), Docking Station, Mouse and Keyboard


Required Prior Experience:

2+ years of group management experience in Atrium Hospitality

Preferred Prior Experience:

Multi property/brand experience

Group management

Required Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Required Technology:

Must be proficient in both sales & brand systems

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, One Drive, and Outlook.


8+ hours at a desk/computer


Strong written and oral communication skills
