Atrium Hospitality is looking for a dynamic Director, Property Accounting that will provide leadership and guidance to Corporate Accounting Managers, ensure timely financial reporting, as well as deliver and implement key corporate accounting projects and organizational initiatives.
The Director, Property Accounting will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:
What you will need to be successful in this position:
8 + years progressive accounting roles
4 + supervisory role
Hospitality Accounting Leadership Experience
Thorough understanding of and experience with accounting principles to include general ledger, bank, accounts payable and balance sheet reconciliations
Proven experience in analyzing financial data and preparing financial reports or statements.
Bachelor's Degree - Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent experience
Proficient knowledge in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

Atrium Hospitality is looking for a dynamic Director, Property Accounting that will provide leadership and guidance to Corporate Accounting Managers, ensure timely financial reporting, as well as deliver and implement key corporate accounting projects and organizational initiatives.
The Director, Property Accounting will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:
- Manage direct reports by ensuring Associates understand and comply with employment practices, recommend employment decisions and corrective action, support performance management, and implement discipline in accordance with Atrium's guidelines and Core Values ;
- Serve as a dministrator of a ccounting systems including data verification to ensure accuracy;
- Coordinat e and manag e external annual and interim audit for all Atrium entities;
- Provid e guidance on financial reporting processes and ensuring adherence to reporting deadlines;
- Oversee relationships between corporate accounting, properties, and third-party accounting services vendor;
- Monitor non-operating income;
- Develop, evaluat e , and maintain department reports and making recommendations and decisions in relation to company's goals;
- Assist on key projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management;
- Maintain internal control environment in the general ledger accounting processes; and
- Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
