Responsibilities
  • You will warmly greet guests as they arrive and guide them to their seats, providing menus and sharing daily specials.
  • We expect you to take food and beverage orders promptly and accurately, ensuring any dietary restrictions or preferences are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
  • You shall efficiently serve food and beverages to guests, making sure that all items meet our quality standards and are presented attractively.
  • You will maintain a clean and organized dining area, including the setup and breakdown of breakfast buffets, ensuring all health and safety regulations are met.
  • We expect you to monitor inventory levels of breakfast supplies and communicate needs to management to ensure all necessary items are in stock.
  • You shall process guest payments quickly and accurately, handling cash, credit, and room charge transactions with integrity.
  • You will provide exceptional customer service by responding to any guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and urgency, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and satisfactory.
  • We expect you to collaborate effectively with the kitchen and housekeeping teams to manage the flow of guests and maintain the overall cleanliness and atmosphere of the dining area.

Requirements
  • You must promptly greet guests as they arrive and make them feel welcome at our breakfast service.
  • You should have the ability to communicate menu items and answer any questions regarding food preparation in a clear and courteous manner.
  • We expect you to maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, service stations, and buffet line throughout the service period.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring all food and beverage items are stocked and presented neatly, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • You need to efficiently manage guest requests, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and provide immediate solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
  • We require you to operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash responsibly when necessary.
  • You should demonstrate a keen eye for detail by regularly checking that the environment is safe and free from hazards for both guests and team members.
  • It's essential that you collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to communicate order specifics and with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
