Primary Role:
As a Banquet Associate, your primary role is to ensure guests have an outstanding banquet experience.

In this role, you'll be responsible for the following tasks:
  • Setting up and breaking down banquet spaces according to Banquet Event Order instructions. This includes arranging tables, table settings, linens, centerpieces, dishes, audio-visual equipment, and other event essentials.
  • Maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in banquet areas, both before, during, and after events.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to guests and maintaining communication with the guest contact person for their needs.
  • Serving food and beverages to guests in line with company standards.
  • Adhering to Health Department guidelines for food handling and sanitation.
  • Managing audio-visual equipment during events.
  • Strictly following company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
  • Completing any other tasks necessary to fulfill the primary purpose of the position.


Preferred Experience:
Ideally, candidates should have at least 6 months of serving experience for medium to large groups.

Preferred Education:
A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Required Certifications:
Candidates must obtain a Food Safety certificate or complete training within the initial 90 days. Additionally, an Alcohol certification or training completion within the first 90 days is required.

Physical Abilities:
Applicants should be capable of lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50 lbs. They should also be able to bend and squat repeatedly and stand or walk for the duration of their scheduled shifts.

Flexibility is key. Candidates should be open to working on various days, including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
