The Holiday Inn Bowling Green is seeking a Banquet Server to join our dynamic team!

As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests during banquets and events.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our banquet and catering teams to execute flawless banquet service, ensuring all guest needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

Your main responsibilities will include setting up banquet rooms, serving food and beverages, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.

  • You will set up banquet tables and chairs according to the event specifications.
  • We expect you to prepare the banquet room before guests arrive, including setting up decorations and centerpieces.
  • You shall serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accuracy with orders.
  • We require you to maintain cleanliness and organization of the banquet area throughout the event.
  • You will assist in cleaning up after events, including clearing tables, removing linens, and resetting the room for future use.
  • We expect you to anticipate guest needs and provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to requests.
  • You must have knowledge of menu items and be able to answer questions or make recommendations to guests.
  • We require you to adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of food and equipment.
