Primary Purpose:
The primary purpose of the Audio Visual Associate is to provide guests with an excellent Audio Visual experience.
Work Performed:
The Audio Visual Associate will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:
• Set up / breakdown audio-visual equipment and all other event provisions;
• Manage audio-visual equipment during events;
• Maintain communication with the guest contact person for guest needs and provide excellent customer service to all guests;
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of banquet spaces, before, during and after events;
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to management; and
• Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position including assisting any other departments.
Qualifications:
Preferred Prior Experience:
Experience with PC/Mac, Microphones/Mixers, Projectors, Customer Service
Preferred Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
Required Licenses/ Certification:
None
Physical:
Ability to lift, pull and push up to 50 lbs.
Ability to bend and squat repeatedly Ability to walk and stand for duration of scheduled shift
Other:
Flexible to working days, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
Starting Compensation
$18.50/hr - $19.43/hr
In addition to competitive compensation packages, all Atrium Associates are eligible for commissions for referred and booked hotel business, 401(k) Retirement Savings plan with company match and travel discounts.
